About Soozan Baxter

With years of experience, Soozan brings deep relationships with global luxury brands and emerging retailers, and pairs them with strong strategic insight and an ability to execute a vision, usually with a leasing lens, on behalf of a landlord.


Current

Soozan is a Manhattan-based consultant who brings continuity and trust to her clients, cultivating long-term relationships in an industry where loyalty is rare. She has earned repeat engagements with leading landlords, including three projects with Miller Capital Advisory (most notably more than 14 years at Market Street Woodlands in North Houston) as well as multiple assignments with Vornado and Macerich. Her strategic mindset has led several transactions with premier luxury brands such as Gucci, Saint Laurent, Louis Vuitton, David Yurman, Omega, and Golden Goose – always representing landlords.
